Lake Regional Hospice is seeking a dedicated, professional Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to join our team. This person will be tasked to help us maintain a successful Hospice program and continue to foster our strong community relationships. Staff in our Hospice department are led by an energetic and caring leader. Having support from your leader is important, and you will here.
Registered Nurse (RN) Case Managers start at $32.50 an hour based on years of experience. Call required.
